Pat Dugan is an established finance leader with over 30 years of experience at the Board, C-Suite, and Executive Management levels, guiding diversified industrial and technology companies to growth and success. He has worked with various organizations spanning start-up entities to an S&P 500 corporation, providing financial leadership, developing effective growth strategies, offering operational integration and support, and creating shareholder value.

While serving as CFO for Wabtec, Pat was responsible for all aspects of Investor Relations, Accounting, Tax, Finance, and Information Technology as part of an executive team leading the company to expand into global markets and develop new products. While growing through a combination of organic expansion and M&A, Pat’s contributions at Wabtec helped the company to be recognized for achieving a record string of year-over-year stock price increases and being named a member of the S&P 500.

Before joining Wabtec, Pat was Vice President and CFO at CWI International, Inc., where he helped transform a local chemical operation into a global supplier of advanced oilfield technologies through M&A, product development, and international expansion.

Pat began his career with PwC providing business assurance and advisory services while serving middle-market growth companies focused on transformational transactions including M&A, recapitalizations, and IPOs. He is a certified public accountant who holds an MBA from the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University.
