His accomplishments included leading multiple debt financings, consolidating financial and treasury functions, and developing real-time liquidity models to navigate challenging financial climates.

Prior to joining CFO Systems, Mike served as Chief Administrative Officer and CFO at Physicians Vein Clinics and Lazaderm, providing executive oversight of six corporations spanning 20 locations for all administrative functions including operations, HR, marketing, and finance. Under his leadership, the organization achieved double-digit revenue growth in 2024 and 2025, driven by advanced financial modeling, strategic KPI development, provider compensation reform, and cost-saving initiatives. He also led key tax and payroll restructuring efforts, as well as lease negotiations in competitive real estate markets.
