He thrives on uncovering process inefficiencies, and then empowering his team to holistically cooperate across functional lines.  

Building on his operational experience and funding a wealth-management, tech-forward start-up, Mike understands the value of every dollar that goes into growing a business. The most recent phase of his career focused on growth while facilitating steady transformation and market relevance.
