At an early-stage health tech company, he built a data-driven virtual command center that improved provider utilization and scheduling accuracy, playing a pivotal role in a successful VC fundraise as COO and Strategic Advisor. At TapCloud, he grew the enterprise client base from 20 to 50+ while strengthening the platform's performance ahead of its acquisition by WellSky. At UnitedHealth Group, he led M&A integration across four combining organizations identifying $80M in annual synergies, and redesigning enterprise data governance and capital allocation to redirect $70M toward higher-value initiatives. Across these roles, he's delivered 5x revenue growth in under two years, $43M+ in annual operational savings, and global delivery teams of 500+.
