His industry experience includes manufacturing, agricultural, construction, and employee-owned companies.
Coupled with a proven record of guiding family-owned, multi-entity organizations through growth, leadership transitions, and major strategic events while preserving stability and culture, Troy has also managed IT, HR, safety, and insurance claims processes. He has completed multiple acquisitions and divestitures from inception to completion through full internal due diligence, external legal, risk analysis, and post-transaction activities. Additionally, he has strengthened long-term financial health through technology and treasury changes, balance sheet clean-up, and tax strategies, all while addressing business risks.
