Jennifer Pavlovec brings 20 years of finance experience to the CFO Systems team. She started her career in public accounting where she specialized in auditing a wide variety of organizations and developed deep expertise in federal fund compliance, particularly for nonprofit and governmental entities.
From there, she moved into progressive financial leadership roles at increasingly complex nonprofit and government entities where she directed all aspects of the finance department including investment management, financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, board reporting, and bank relationship management.
Some of Jennifer’s notable achievements include implementing software solutions for increased efficiency in billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Impacts of these changes included a 22% annual savings, improved procurement controls, a 10% reduction in accounts receivable balances, and a two-day decrease in month-end close. She also identified and sourced more than $12 million during the COVID-19 pandemic and negotiated key amendments to her organization’s line of credit, which ensured continued access to emergency liquidity during a time of significant expansion.
