Brad Gosch
Director
Brad Gosch is an accomplished accounting and finance executive with over 35 years of experience in mostly construction, real estate, and closely held businesses. He has deep experience in financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and strategic financial planning. Additionally, he spent more than three decades as CFO and co-owner of a commercial general construction firm.
In that role, Brad led all financial operations, tax strategy, cash flow management, and long-term planning as well as bank relationships, employee benefits, and corporate insurance. His background also contains extensive experience in real estate development including leasing, capital structuring, and property management. His hands-on leadership style helped maintain financial stability, operational efficiency, and lender confidence, even during challenging economic times.
Earlier in his career, Brad served as Controller for several construction firms in San Diego and worked for Deloitte, Haskins and Sells (now Deloitte) in the San Diego office’s audit division. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
