Ila Mittal brings over two decades of global finance, transformation, and business leadership experience across the agriscience, industrial, manufacturing, and chemical sectors. Throughout her career, she has partnered with executive teams to drive growth, improve profitability, and lead complex business transformations across North America, APAC, Europe, and the Middle East.
Ila began her career in finance and accounting, building a strong foundation in financial planning and analysis, controllership, reporting, business partnering, and strategic finance. Over the years, she has held leadership roles supporting global businesses with responsibility over budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, performance management, and operational decision support. Additionally, Ila has led and advised organizations through ERP implementations, integrations, spin-offs, carve-outs, and post-merger integrations, helping to establish scalable operating models, standardize processes, and improve data-driven decision-making.
She has extensive experience managing complex integrations and separation activities resulting from acquisitions, divestitures, and corporate restructuring initiatives. Ila has led finance workstreams for due diligence, Day 1 readiness, operating model design, ERP harmonization, process migration, organizational redesign, and synergy realization. Known for her ability to quickly establish credibility and build strong relationships across all levels of an organization, Ila combines strategic vision with hands-on execution.
