Dr. Elton Norman Sr. is a strategic CFO and executive leader with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations improve financial performance, strengthen operations, and execute growth strategies. His expertise includes financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, operational improvement, and organizational transformation.
Elton has served in leadership roles across manufacturing, food production, higher education, and professional services. By combining financial expertise with operational leadership, he helps organizations translate data into actionable insights, improve decision-making, and achieve sustainable results.
In addition to his executive and consulting work, Elton serves as a university professor and dissertation chair, teaching graduate-level courses in finance, strategy, leadership, and organizational management. A 21-year U.S. Army combat veteran and Bronze Star recipient, he brings a disciplined, mission-focused approach to helping organizations solve complex business challenges. He holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Financial Management and is a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
