After beginning her career as an accountant who managed financial reporting and ensured compliance, she advanced into international logistics and trading where she handled complex global transactions and developed expertise in supply chain operations and trade finance.

While in a leadership role in the hospitality industry, she focused on brand development and human resources while leading efforts to enhance the organizational culture, implement workforce development strategies, and improve the guest experience. Later, as the founder and CEO of a health and wellness business, Emma applied her entrepreneurial mindset to scale operations, achieving 25% revenue growth through digital marketing, strategic sales, and strong client relationships. Most recently, she served as a senior business development leader in the accounting and advisory space where she contributed to 40% revenue growth by building strategic partnerships, expanding market presence, and delivering customized client solutions.
