Steve Getzfrid has more than 30 years of varied experience in Big Four public accounting, private industry and accounting, and finance recruiting. His diverse background comprises several high level roles that include managing financial audits for a large, privately-held bank, directing finance and project management for a packaged food company group with approximately $12 billion in sales, overseeing audits for a variety of clients at KPMG, and leading recruitment efforts for a local firm specializing in the placement of accounting and finance talent.
His early experience at KPMG led him to a successful career chapter in internal audit leadership that included significant regional banking organizations and ConAgra Brands. From there, Steve moved into the accounting and finance recruiting industry where he built strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Today, his greatest passion is building deep, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates, whether through direct placement, career coaching or by helping organizational leaders navigate the hiring process to find the best candidate for each role.
