Scott Pancich is a strategic operations and finance executive with nearly three decades of experience driving operational efficiency and financial performance in multi-site manufacturing environments. He has a proven track record of aligning financial strategy with operational goals, implementing scalable systems, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Scott began his career at Woodgrain Millwork in the role of Plant Controller. He then joined Berry Global, where he advanced through roles of increasing responsibility—from Plant Controller to Regional Finance Director—overseeing financial operations for up to 45 manufacturing plants and a $900M business unit. His leadership in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management delivered significant operational improvements, including a 25% reduction in on-hand inventory and enhanced profitability through innovative material exchange programs. He also spearheaded ERP implementations and developed advanced reporting tools that empowered operational leaders with real-time financial insights.
Most recently, Scott served as CFO/Controller at Precision Mechanical, where he directed all financial operations, modernized payroll and reporting processes, and implemented a company-wide ERP system to improve efficiency and compliance. His expertise spans internal controls, audit readiness, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
