Patty North brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in the recruiting and staffing industry to her role as Director of the CFO Systems Search & Staffing division. Over the course of her career, she has advised executives, department leaders, and hiring teams on how to build high-performing talent strategies that directly support operational and financial goals. Her background provides her with a deep understanding of the technical, leadership, and systems expertise required inside today’s finance organizations.
This experience uniquely positions Patty to lead the CFO Systems division, where she partners with CFOs, controllers, and private equity–backed leadership teams to identify and place professionals who strengthen financial reporting, systems integration, internal controls, and operational finance functions. After working on thousands of search engagements, she understands how to evaluate not only technical accounting skill sets, but also process improvement capability, ERP optimization experience, and the strategic mindset required to support growth, acquisitions, and capital planning initiatives.
