Julio Garcia
Director
Julio Garcia is a senior finance leader with 15+ years of experience supporting private equity-backed, middle-market, and founder-led businesses through periods of transition, growth, and operational complexity. He is most often engaged to stabilize operations, improve financial visibility, and build a foundation for scale, particularly ahead of transactions, integrations, or leadership transitions.
Julio most recently served as CFO of the US division of Clayens, a private equity-backed manufacturing group, where he unified multiple acquisitions into a cohesive platform, improved reporting and cash visibility, and supported acquisitions, divestitures, and plant consolidations.
He has led multi-site, multi-entity finance organizations across the US and internationally, managing teams in complex operating environments. Fluent in English and Spanish, Julio’s experience includes manufacturing as well as broader international finance leadership across the US, Mexico, Africa, and Asia. Earlier in his career, he helped turn around an underperforming facility under consideration for divestiture by rebuilding the finance function and recovering approximately $2 million in receivables.
Julio works closely with lenders, private equity sponsors, and executive teams on covenant reporting, liquidity management, and transaction readiness. He is known for bringing structure, clarity, and execution to complex situations while focusing forward on growth and stability.
