Joel Terschak has extensive experience in the agribusiness and food industries, serving in a variety of roles in publicly traded, private companies, and cooperatives. His background spans dairy, oilseeds, grain, milling, biofuels, food ingredients, and animal feed. Joel’s expertise includes accounting, FP&A, IT, internal audit, continuous improvement, operations, and administration, enabling him to provide strategic insight and partner effectively with management and teams at all levels.
Since joining CFO Systems, Joel has supported private equity firms, a greenfield dairy beverage start-up, a large dairy cooperative, and liquid animal feed business. In these interim, fractional, and project-based roles, he has managed key employee transitions, led year-end audits and bank exams, developed financial statements and annual reports, and implemented processes and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Based in St. Louis, he is flexible to work across geographies where his skills deliver the greatest impact.
