Dave Goldin, CPA

Director

Dave has over 40 years of professional experience across a range of finance and accounting specialties including financial reporting, financial planning & analysis, treasury, mergers & acquisitions, and tax. While serving in industries such as logistics, manufacturing, professional services, and insurance, he gained credentials in technology interaction. Dave approaches information as an asset to be consciously managed in order to deliver to the right users at the right time.

His background includes a role at a newly created $200 million PE-owned firm where he developed a monthly close regimen, cash forecasting capabilities, and consistent reporting practices, all while growing bank, audit, and tax service provider relationships. During the transition of a $350 million German firm to Chinese ownership, he revised the team’s daily task alignment, wrote the company’s first accounting manual, and identified over $500,000 of credits available from Federal COVID-19 legislation. Additionally, he built a transfer pricing framework that aligned global intercompany transactions with compliance obligations.

Dave is a CPA in the State of Indiana and also holds an MBA and MS in Information technology. He utilizes design and planning skills, along with the ability to interact at all organization levels, to help clients recognize and solve business issues and build infrastructure capable of handling growth.

As a transformational leader I believe your organization's export is only as good as its import. In order to create a business that can grow, transform, and win you must first focus internally since that is the very nature of transformation. Organizationally, in order to create any transformation, people must be at the core. It is imperative to focus our efforts on people first. I build teams and organizations full of highly authentic, empowered and engaged individual leaders. It is through this process that a business will most efficiently and effectively flourish. I also possess an extensive background in entrepreneurship, education and exceptional business acumen.
