Brian Gyomory

Director

Brian Gyomory brings more than 30 years of senior financial and operational leadership experience to owner-led and growth-oriented businesses. He is a fractional CFO who views finance as an integrated, practical tool for improving how a business runs. He has worked extensively across operations, sales and marketing, technology, and finance, helping leadership teams focus on the few drivers that truly move performance rather than managing by reports alone.

His broad experience spans capital structure and liquidity strategy, pricing and profitability analysis, KPI design, forecasting, governance, and data transformation. Brian has supported organizations through growth, system modernization, regulatory and audit readiness, and periods of disruption. His work consistently translates financial insight into actionable priorities that non-finance leaders can understand and own.

While partnering with owners and executive teams to bring clarity where complexity and ambiguity exist, Brian is known for his execution-first approach. When results are off-track, he does not rely on reforecasting to explain outcomes. Instead, he works directly with leadership to identify whether issues originate in pricing, process, or people, and guides leadership teams to correct the business at its source. By aligning financial discipline with operational reality, Brian enables clients to improve performance, strengthen decision-making, and grow with confidence.

As a transformational leader I believe your organization's export is only as good as its import. In order to create a business that can grow, transform, and win you must first focus internally since that is the very nature of transformation. Organizationally, in order to create any transformation, people must be at the core. It is imperative to focus our efforts on people first. I build teams and organizations full of highly authentic, empowered and engaged individual leaders. It is through this process that a business will most efficiently and effectively flourish. I also possess an extensive background in entrepreneurship, education and exceptional business acumen.
