Steven Fradin has over two decades of accounting and audit experience in both the public and private sectors, working with clients in the manufacturing, distribution, service, real estate/property management, service, energy and hospitality industries. He has worked closely with regional small and mid-sized businesses with revenues of $200K to $150M as a CFO and Controller. Steven provides hands-on support to our small and mid-sized business customers through improved financial reporting, planning and financial analysis.
Steven’s informative and collaborative approach ensures that his clients fully understand both “how” and “why” potential changes may be needed and how to maintain them on an ongoing basis.
As a corporate controller, Steven directed the financial activities of a $130M global manufacturing firm, performing the due diligence, integration and supervision of three international acquisitions over a 2 year period. He implemented cash flow modeling and procedures resulting in an acceleration of cash flows by $1M per month. He applied accounting technical knowledge to ensure the company’s accounting practices were appropriate and properly applied as well as internal controls, which contributed to the successful acquisition of the Company by a large, publicly traded Company.
As a consultant to small businesses, Steven has worked in virtually all capacities of financial leadership from developing policies and procedures over financial controls to inventory management to budgeting providing costs savings in every aspect.
