Bob has advanced expertise in improving the efficiencies of finance and operating systems and analyzing processes for the effective financial management of an organization.

Bob is a seasoned finance professional with experience in organizations ranging in size from an $11 million family-owned company to a $6.4 billion worldwide corporation. He has helped orchestrate the repurchase of an organization from a $1 billion publicly traded company. In addition, Bob coordinated a 12 percent reduction in administrative overhead costs, while leading the company in achieving 120 percent revenue growth. Other past experience includes spearheading major software conversions, evaluating the financial impact of emerging technologies, and implementing tools to monitor effective compliance, information systems and disaster recovery procedures.
