Pat Kelley, has a successful history in ownership and executive management within the restaurant industry. He has experience in administrative accounting functions and budget management. He has performed auditing and income tax services for retail, financial, manufacturing, and governmental clients.

Experience
Pat has 25 years of experience serving as CFO for a multi-concept restaurant franchisee with more than 90 restaurants in six states. He has participated in several financing packages ranging from $1 million to $20 million with local banks and securitized lenders, and facilitated the purchase or sale of multiple restaurants in transactions ranging from $500,000 to $15 million. In addition, Pat has public accounting experience with a Big Four firm.
