Don Heimes has over 35 years of experience in financial management. He has worked in accounting, auditing, mergers and acquisitions, dispositions and corporate management. Don is experienced in the hospitality, manufacturing and construction industries. He spent eight years facilitating mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and developing financial packaging. Don has overseen stock-offerings, handled investor relations and implemented new SOX compliance policies under SEC regulations. He has served companies as both CFO and CEO.

He specializes in growing profits using internal and external sources of debt and equity financing. Don founded his own small business and is familiar with the problems facing entrepreneurs and small business owners.
