Experience
As founder of CFO Systems LLC, Brett has helped clients across the region as a timeshare and interim CFO. His diverse executive experience makes him a valuable addition to any management team. Brett has rebuilt accounting departments and led efforts to evaluate funding, in one case quintupling the size of a company in a three year period. He has eliminated 40 percent of company filings by automating the printed paper process and implementing electronic data storage. Brett has experience in building processes and controls that improve cash flow forecasting and facilitate informed management decisions. Projects have led him to financial system design and implementation.
