Bill Koschak
Director
Bill Koschak is a senior business leader with over 30 years of experience in corporate finance scaling businesses, raising capital, managing forecasting and strategic modeling, allocating capital among larger businesses, directing merger and acquisition activities, and overseeing accounting, reporting, and internal controls. He has been both a corporate and business unit CFO for publicly traded and private equity-owned companies. In addition, he has served as the general manager of a $600 million revenue medical device business, Prior to becoming a CFO, he oversaw all accounting activity for a Fortune 250 global business and was previously a KPMG audit partner.
He also has a wealth of boardroom experience that includes interactions with the boards of companies he has led of those of his clients, and from his board service. He currently serves on two corporate boards and the not-for-profit board of the Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County, CA.
Bill’s previous client engagements included projects developing an accounting and reporting infrastructure, repricing business activity to significantly improve margins and drive recurring revenue, and leading a $5 million seed round of investment that included directing the preparation of all material to support the raise including a presentation, an executive summary of the business, a long-term financial model, and a private placement memorandum.
