Barbara Mueksch brings 20 years of HR leadership to the CFO Systems team. In the first portion of her career, she worked on the business side of a Fortune 500 insurance company in large group health underwriting and as an internal management consultant where she gained valuable client relations, change management, and leadership skills that prepared her for her next chapter in Human Resources.
While serving in HR leadership roles for insurance, healthcare, and retail/ecommerce companies, Barbara led a regional health insurance plan through an acquisition that was later named the national health plan of the year; built out a start-up market in Nebraska for a five-year $2B contract award; and served as the HR leader for one of the merchandising verticals during the integration to an Omnichannel organization at a company ranked #1 on the Fortune 500 list
Barbara’s passions are building high performing teams that meet and exceed their goals. Her areas of expertise include identifying talent, managing succession planning, conducting talent reviews and performance calibrations, implementing processes to grow the talent pipeline, coaching executives, filling key positions, providing change management education and career pathing, and leading large organizational changes and projects. Her servant leadership approach engages both leaders and individual contributors to perform at their highest level.
